Show Time!
I was a witness at my first wedding. Lizzie and Chris, two of my closest friends here in Vancouver, had a signing of the legally binding documents beach party on Monday. Very last minute. It was perfect. I much prefer this kind of thing to anything fancy, though I’ve been to some really lovely fancy weddings. I guess ’cause my parents didn’t have a great wedding experience (long story I’ll probably retell one day) I was raised to think that kind of thing isn’t worth it. But to some it is. Each, own etc. Anyhow, I wrote about the experience here.

I sure hope so. It’s gonna be fun. The closest thing we have to Letterman in this city. Or Carson Daly. Whatever works for you.
So, I have two dogs desperately vying for my attention right now. Dutchie, obviously, and Grampa. You might know him from Stop Podcasting Yourself or that picture of him dressed up as Zardog on the internets. Anyhow, he’s awesome. I was determined to not let him sleep in my bed last night, ’cause my allergies are acting up (eczema eyes) but he whimpered and whined until I finally let him. What a wuss. Here’s a photo of Geeps and Dutch FINALLY falling in love…
It took a bit of coaxing but it worked out in the end.
So I’m stoked. Got $200 worth of stuff for less than $100 at a store I enjoy but won’t share which one ’cause I don’t want the person who helped me out to get in trouble. Anyhow, I’m going to try on all my new stuff. Hope to see you tomorrow!
